Communication in the Age of AI & Social Media
AI and social media are changing how we communicate, collaborate and learn. This creates new opportunities – and new questions – for companies, educational institutions and families.
How do digital technologies influence our conversations and decisions? Where can they support us, and what should we be aware of?
In my workshops, keynotes and coaching sessions, I share knowledge, provide guidance and create space for dialogue. Together, we explore how AI and social media can be used meaningfully in different contexts – with people at the centre.

Good communication takes more than the right words.
To me, good communication happens when people listen, ask questions and feel able to share their perspectives openly. It requires empathy, authenticity and an environment where there is room for uncertainty and different opinions.
AI and social media can make communication easier. At the same time, having our own point of view, using sound judgement and taking responsibility for what we say and share are becoming increasingly important.
I help people and organisations to shape their communication and collaboration consciously.
