Empowering children and young people in using AI and social media
AI and social media are already part of everyday life for children and young people. They offer many opportunities – for learning, new ideas, connection and creativity. At the same time, they raise questions that schools, teachers and parents are navigating.
How can students use AI in a meaningful way? How can they learn to assess information and content? How can they deal with social comparison and social media? And how can we help them trust their own ideas and abilities?
I support schools in exploring these questions together with children, young people, teachers and parents – in a way that is practical, easy to understand and free from fear around technology.

What matters to me
Children and young people often move through digital spaces very naturally. What matters is that they stay curious, ask questions and critically challenge what they see.
AI can support learning and open up new ideas. Social media can inspire, connect people and create space for creativity. At the same time, I want to help children and young people develop their own voice, trust what they can do and learn what feels right for them.
To do that, they need adults they can talk to openly about technology – at school and at home.
