Helping Parents Navigate AI, Social Media & Screen Time
Social media, smartphones, and AI are now an integral part of everyday family life. Many parents are asking themselves: How much is healthy? How can we provide guidance? And how can we be conscious role models ourselves?
Through my workshops and coaching sessions, I support parents in using digital media in everyday family life in a reflective, practical, and pressure-free way.

Guiding Children Safely Through the Digital World

Children need guidance not perfection.
My Approach
Many families experience conflicts surrounding screen time, social media, and media use. Digital media are constantly present and discussions about phone time, TikTok, gaming, or social media are now part of everyday life for many parents.
However, bans alone often don't achieve the desired result. Children and young people need guidance, conversations, and adults who themselves use digital technologies responsibly.
I believe that parents don't have to be perfect. What's crucial is to maintain open communication, develop rules together, and support children in developing a healthy, reflective, and confident approach to digital media and AI.
