"Guide, don't restrict."
Guiding children safely through the digital world.
Social media, gaming, and AI are now an integral part of children's and teenagers' everyday lives. They communicate, learn, compare themselves to others, and increasingly develop their identities online. At the same time, many parents are facing new questions and challenges.
How much screen time is appropriate? How can we protect children from online risks? How can we talk about social media without constantly having to monitor or prohibit it? And how can we empower children when algorithms, pressure to compare themselves to others, and digital role models influence their self-image?
This workshop addresses precisely this issue.
He helps parents to better understand their children's digital world and to promote a conscious, healthy use of digital media in everyday family life.
This isn't about black-and-white thinking or blanket bans. The focus is on guidance, relationships, and how parents can support and empower their children and develop rules together that work in everyday life.
