AI is changing how we work, communicate and make decisions. Many companies are exploring where AI can be used effectively to optimize processes and increase efficiency. But what does AI mean for employees in their everyday work?
Employees need to understand what AI can and cannot do, gain experience with it and find out how they want to work with it. At the same time, collaboration, communication and the skills that matter in everyday work are changing.

A new tool alone does not change an organization.
My approach
AI can make many tasks faster and easier. At the same time, companies need to consider what they want to hand over to technology – and what still requires human thinking, judgement and responsibility.
For me, the goal is not to use AI wherever possible. What matters is making conscious decisions about where it can support us and where human skills continue to make the difference.
Communication, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration are not becoming less important. On the contrary: the more technology can take over, the more consciously we need to use and strengthen these skills.
